Short answer: put “2027” and the party name on the template, pick a sparkly backdrop like Gold Sequin or Silver Glitter, and set the booth up where the countdown happens. The booth runs until 11pm; add late hours ($50 an hour, up to 1am) and it keeps going through midnight.

Make 2027 the star of the template
- “Happy New Year 2027” with the party or venue name is the classic layout.
- Add a line people will want on the fridge: “New year, same crew” or “Resolution: more photos”.
- Hosting a restaurant or hall party? Put your logo on it so every print goes home with your name.

Backdrops that suit the night
New Year's Eve is the one night everyone dresses up and the lights go down. Gold Sequin and Silver Glitter catch the flash; Classic Black and Black Geometric look sharp with formal wear. See all 12 on the backdrops page.
Props for the countdown
- “2027” number glasses and “Happy New Year” signs.
- Noisemakers and party hats for group shots.
- A big clock sign for the 11:59 photo.

Where and when
Set the booth near the dance floor or wherever the countdown happens, on a flat floor near an outlet. Guests use it most in the hour before midnight, and prints are unlimited with Snap & Print and Complete, so they won't run out early. Book late hours so the booth is still running at 12. Packages start at $449 for the evening (see pricing); hosting a work party instead? Read company Christmas party ideas, or check your date.
Quick answers
Can a bar or restaurant book it?
Yes. We send the agreement and invoice to the business, and a deposit holds the date.
Will it work at a house party?
Yes, indoors or under cover, on flat ground near an outlet.
How late can it run on New Year’s Eve?
Until 11pm as standard. Late hours are $50 an hour up to 1am, booked ahead, so two late hours covers the countdown and the first round of hugs.
When should we book?
Now. New Year’s Eve is one night, and each booth can only be at one party.
