Short answer: a self-serve photo booth in Niagara costs about $449 to $599 for the whole evening. An attended booth, with a staff member running it, usually costs $600 to $1,000 or more for two to four hours. The difference is almost entirely the attendant's time.

What you get at each price point
Photo booth pricing in Niagara splits into two models. Once you know which one a quote is, comparing prices gets much easier.
Self-serve booths: about $449 to $599 per day
The booth is delivered, set up and tested, then guests run it themselves on a touchscreen. Because nobody is paid to stand beside it, the price covers the equipment for the whole day rather than a few hours. Our own packages are $449, $549 and $599, set up before your guests arrive and running until 11pm.
Attended booths: about $600 to $1,000 for two to four hours
A staff member runs the booth, directs guests and handles props. One local company, for example, publishes $595 for two hours up to $995 for four, with extra hours at $200 each. You are paying for a person's time, so every extra hour adds to the bill.
What changes the price
- Hours of service. The biggest factor for attended booths. It does not apply to all-day self-serve.
- Prints. Digital-only is cheapest. Check whether prints are unlimited or capped: ours are unlimited.
- Backdrop. A backdrop makes every photo look finished and usually adds a little to the price.
- Travel. Check whether your town is inside the vendor's free delivery area.
- Booth type. Mirror booths, 360 video booths and specialty setups cost more than an open-air camera booth.
How to compare two quotes fairly
Put both quotes on the same footing: total hours of use, number of prints, whether a backdrop and digital gallery are included, travel, and HST. A $595 two-hour quote and a $599 all-evening quote are very different deals once you count the hours your guests can actually use the booth.

Quick answers
Why are some photo booths priced by the hour?
Because a staff member stays with the booth the whole time. Hourly pricing covers their wages and travel. A self-serve booth has no attendant, so it can be priced by the day.
Is HST included in photo booth prices?
Usually not. Most Ontario vendors quote before HST, so add 13% when you compare quotes.
How much is a photo booth rental for a wedding?
A self-serve wedding booth runs about $449 to $599 for the whole reception. An attended booth for a four-hour reception is usually $900 to $1,000 or more, because you pay for the attendant’s time.
How much does it cost to rent a photo booth for a party?
For a birthday, office or house party, a self-serve booth costs about $449 to $599 for the whole evening, and attended booths start around $600 for two hours. Add HST to both.
Do I pay extra for travel in Niagara?
Many vendors charge travel outside their home city. We deliver anywhere from Mississauga to Fort Erie at no extra cost.
