Disposable-style table cameras for weddings

The disposable camera on every table, minus the trip to the photo lab. Screen-free digital cameras your guests pass around all night: no screen, no retakes, no deleting, and every shot lands in your gallery.

How table cameras work

  1. 1

    They arrive with the booth

Charged and ready, dropped off with your photo booth. Put one on each table before guests sit down, or have your coordinator do it.

  2. 2

    Guests shoot blind

There is no screen to check, so people just take the picture and pass it along. The flash handles the dark reception room.

  3. 3

    You see it all after

We collect the cameras with the booth that night and add every photo to your online gallery after the event.

Table camera pricing

Tips from the reception floor

Leave a prompt on each table. A card that says “photograph the people at this table” gets you faces instead of centrepieces.

Hand one to the wedding party. They are everywhere you are not: getting ready, the bus, the bar line after speeches.

Ask the DJ to mention them. One line after dinner reminds the tables the cameras are there to be used, not admired.

Cameras, booth or instant guest book?

They do different jobs. The photo booth is where groups pose under proper light and leave with a print. Table cameras catch the moments nobody posed for. The instant camera guest book prints on the night so guests can sign the photo into your album. Plenty of couples pick two; the guest book ideas guide compares the options.

Table camera questions

Are these real disposable cameras?

No. They are small digital cameras built to work like one: no screen, a built-in flash and a button. Nothing to develop, no film to buy, and nobody stands at a table deleting the unflattering ones.

How do we get the photos?

We collect the cameras with the booth at the end of the night and add every shot to your online gallery after the event, next to the photo booth pictures.

How many photos does each camera hold?

About 500, which is more than one table will take. The usual limit is the number of guests who remember to pick it up.

How many cameras do we need?

One per table is the classic setup. They are $49 each with a minimum of five, added to any Snap & Go package, so a 10-table wedding is $490 plus HST.

Can we have cameras without the photo booth?

They are an add-on to a photo booth package. If you want cameras on their own, call or text us and we will tell you what we can do for your date.
